Order Processing

  1. Verification & Payment Clearance: Orders are only processed once full payment has been received and cleared. Proof of payment may be requested.
  2. Cut-off Times: Orders placed before 12:00 noon (SAST) are processed the same business day; orders placed after will be processed the next business day.
  3. Pre-Orders/Backorders: These items will ship as soon as stock arrives. Estimated dates will be communicated to you.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  1. We use trusted courier partners (RAM) to deliver your order:
  2. Standard Shipping (2–5 business days): Available nationwide. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
  3. Express Shipping (1–2 business days): Available in main city centers (e.g., Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, and Pretoria).
  4. Same-Day Delivery: Available in Johannesburg and surrounds for orders placed before 10:00 a.m. (extra charge applies).
  5. Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, strikes, customs clearance, or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

  1. Flat fee: R199

Packaging & Handling

  1. All cellphones are shipped in tamper-proof, sealed packaging to ensure product integrity.
  2. Shipments containing lithium-ion batteries are prepared in accordance with UN3481 regulations.
  3. Fragile items and accessories may be double-boxed for extra protection.

Tracking & Notifications

  1. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  2. Updates can be checked directly on the courier’s website.
  3. Delays beyond estimated times will be communicated to you.

Delivery Attempts & Collection

  1. Couriers typically make two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be held at the nearest depot for collection.
  2. Customers must provide a valid physical address (no P.O. Boxes) and ensure someone is available to sign for delivery.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Parcels

  1. Damaged Parcels: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
  2. Lost Parcels: If your parcel does not arrive within the courier’s timeframe, we will lodge an investigation and replace or refund the order once confirmed lost.
  3. Stolen Parcels: We are not liable for theft after confirmed delivery to the address provided.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  1. Orders can only be changed or canceled before dispatch.
  2. Once dispatched, no address changes can be made.

Public Holidays & Peak Seasons

  1. Shipping delays may occur during peak periods (e.g., Easter or December holidays).
  2. Public holidays in South Africa or the destination country may affect delivery timelines.
