Returns Policy: Terms and Conditions

How does the SmartphoneZone Returns process work?  

  1. No returns will be accepted (either at any SmartphoneZone Branch or by its drivers or Sales Reps) unless  accompanied by an approved RTN (returns tracking number) issued by SmartphoneZone.
  2. If a Distributor wishes to return goods, they must send a completed Goods Returned Authorisation Form directly to sales@smartphonezone.co.za with the original invoice number and all details.
  3. A separate RTN must be completed for each invoice number.
  4. The RTN will then be handed to SmartphoneZone for review:
    - If approved, a RTN approval number will be emailed to you.
    - If declined, a Declined RTN email will explain why.
  5. An RTN number allows goods to be returned but does not guarantee a credit.
  6. Once goods are received, SmartphoneZone will inspect them. If saleable or genuinely faulty, a credit note will be issued; otherwise, an explanation will be provided.
  7. Only goods with an approved RTN number will be accepted.
  8. Once issued, goods must be returned within 14 days. Thereafter the RTN expires.

What is our Returns Policy?
Undamaged / Saleable Product:

  1. Goods must not have been used and must be in original undamaged packaging.
  2. No goods older than 14 days from receipt will be accepted.
  3. All returns are subject to a 10% handling fee unless errors were made by SmartphoneZone.

Faulty Product:

  1. Only goods issued in the last 6 months will be considered.
  2. Goods must have been used in the correct application.
  3. Misused/neglected goods cannot be returned.
  4. Photos must be supplied if return is impractical.
