Shipping Policy for Samsung and Pre-Loved iPhones

Samsung Devices

The Parties agree to comply with the following guidelines and/or requirements to manage the flow of stock and liability:

Shipping Fees

A standard delivery fee of R199 applies to all Samsung device shipments.

Dispatch

Daily dispatch (excluding Public Holidays, Sun, Sat - unless arranged in writing to do so).

Morning and afternoon dispatch of Client’s Goods from the Warehouse.

Once all items in Clients' order are ‘in stock at JHB warehouse’ and are not in ‘Order on Hold’/ ‘Awaiting Stock’ status, will be dispatched by 3pm on the same day.

By agreement, able to set up a pick/packing and dispatch team for specific days/event e.g., the Saturday before Christmas.

Unsellable Items (Our Returns & Refund Policy, Warranties)

If Client’s goods are received in damaged packaging, the Service Provider will contact the client to ascertain as to whether items must be brought in as sellable or unsellable stock.

Client must respond within 2 business days once being notified, failing which the said client’s goods shall be marked as unsellable and shelved

appropriately.

Unsellable stock can be sent to the client’s desired address as per the normal outbound procedure.

Delivery

Next Day: Dispatched on that day for next day delivery - and marked accordingly.

Weekend: To be placed on a special/specific weekend pallet - and marked accordingly once confirmation has been received.

POD scanning to be done on the same day by courier where possible.

 

Pre-Loved iPhones

Order Processing

 Verification & Payment Clearance: Orders are only processed once full payment has been received and cleared. Proof of payment may be requested.

Cut-off Times: Orders placed before 12:00 noon (SAST) are processed the same business day; orders placed after will be processed the next business day.

Pre-Orders/Backorders: These items will ship as soon as stock arrives. Estimated dates will be communicated to you.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use trusted courier partners, (RAM )to deliver your order:

Standard Shipping (2–5 business days): Available nationwide. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

Express Shipping (1–2 business days): Available in main city centres (e.g., Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria).

Same-Day Delivery: Available in Johannesburg and surrounds for orders placed before 10:00 a.m. (extra charge applies).

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, strikes, customs clearance, or courier delays.

Packaging & Handling

All cellphones are shipped in tamper-proof, sealed packaging to ensure product integrity.

Shipments containing lithium-ion batteries are prepared in accordance with UN3481 regulations.

Fragile items and accessories may be double-boxed for extra protection.

Tracking & Notifications

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

Updates can be checked directly on the courier’s website.

Delays beyond estimated times will be communicated to you.

Delivery Attempts & Collection

Couriers typically make two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be held at the nearest depot for collection.

Customers must provide a valid physical address (no P.O. Boxes) and ensure someone is available to sign for delivery.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Parcels

Damaged Parcels: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

Lost Parcels: If your parcel does not arrive within the courier’s timeframe, we will lodge an investigation and replace or refund the order once confirmed lost.

Stolen Parcels: We are not liable for theft after confirmed delivery to the address provided.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before dispatch.

Once dispatched, no address changes can be made.

Public Holidays & Peak Seasons

Shipping delays may occur during peak periods (e.g., Easter or December holidays).

Public holidays in South Africa or the destination country may affect delivery timelines.
